In December 2006, he co-founded Silicon Creations, where he continues to serve as Principal/Co-Founder. Under his leadership, Silicon Creations has evolved from a developing startup into a global leader in semiconductor interface and clocking IP. His leadership in the company’s expansion is highlighted its exceptional employee retention rate (nearly 100%) and the company’s designs being included in over 1000 mass produced electronic products worldwide.
